Our Guest Services Team is here to ensure it’s perfect - right down to the last rivet!
All private events include full, exclusive access to the facility, parking, setup and takedown of tables, chairs, blue or black linens, admission for the specified number of guests, docents, onsite staff support, and gift shop access. No partial facility rentals, except use of Battlefront Theater.
Facility accommodates up to 270 guests seated banquet style, up to 400 guests seated conference style, and up to 600 guests reception style. Onsite parking limited. Larger groups can be accommodated with alternate transportation arrangements.
We do not offer catering, however, you may arrange catering through a vendor of your choice. We do provide access to a catering closet, which includes running water and refrigeration. No open flames are allowed.
All private events require execution of a rental contract and security deposit in order to reserve the date. Decor, fundraising, and other unique restrictions apply.
Prices may be adjusted depending on the nature and specific needs of the event.
Quote will be provided once the venue rental questionnaire is returned.
Standard event end time is 9:15. All vendors and event support staff must be off premises by 10 pm. Alternate arrangements can be made for events ending after this time. Additional costs may apply. Private tours and/or artifact experiences can be added for an additional cost. See Private Tours & Artifact Experiences section below for pricing information.

Experiences must be scheduled in advance. Options listed are limited to 20 participants and last approximately 1.5 hours unless otherwise indicated or arranged. Platinum Tour with Executive Director Adrian Hunt - $1,000
Receive a personalized tour by the director who has been with the museum for more than 15 years. The tour will the feature rarest and most iconic planes, tanks and other artifacts in the museum.
Tech Tour with Master Mechanic Greg Heiss - $750
Receive a personalized tour by the maintenance manager who keeps all the planes and vehicles in immaculate working order. This tour will focus on the mechanics and maintenance aspects of the collection.
Crown Jewels Tour with Adrian and Greg - $1,500
Receive a personalized tour by the two people who know the most about FHCAM’s amazing collection of planes, vehicles and exhibits. The tour will focus on the top ten most iconic artifacts in the collection. It will last approximately 2 hours and can be customized in advance.
Insider Experience - From $1,000
Provides participants the opportunity to get inside iconic planes and vehicles, which could include the B-25 Mitchell and Lancaster bombers from WWII, the iconic Huey helicopter from the Vietnam War and German and US halftracks from WWII. The scope and length of the experience must be customized in advance.
Artifact Demonstration - From $1,500
Provides participants the opportunity to observe one or more artifacts in action and engage in a Q&A session with the Executive Director and Master Mechanic. Ride options available for limited number of artifacts. The scope and length of the demonstration must be customized in advance.
Day in the Life - $400
Bring a friend and experience a day in the life at FHCAM! Provides two participants with the following: coffee and pastries with the team, a facility tour and lunch with the Executive Director, a curated artifact experience, a mini mechanic "apprenticeship" and a souvenir! Lasts approximately 7 hours (9-4).
